About
Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, I grew up speaking English, French and Arabic.
Along with these languages came their different cultures, shaping my identity that often felt fragmented at the time. Some call it an identity crisis, I like to think of it as a kind of curiosity.

At 17, after graduating from high school, I felt the need to explore more of the world.
I left my hometown to study Graphic Design in Paris, France. There, I found myself unexpectedly obsessed with the smell of paper and the curves of letterforms. That fascination eventually led me to pursue a Master's degree in Editorial Design and Typography.

When COVID hit, I returned to Lebanon and, shortly afterward, discovered the work of Brandmint, one of the leading branding agencies in the MENA region. I applied, and just like that, found myself spending the next four years designing brands and working with packaging, art direction and copywriting. In the process, I had unlocked a new passion.

My curiosity eventually pushed me toward digital design, while the 2024 war on Lebanon made me want to use design to build meaningful solutions.

And that's how I ended up at Parsons in New York City, pursuing (yet another) MFA in Design and Technology.
